Standard Items (Non-Custom)

• Return Window: You may return most items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached.

• How to Return: Send me a message requesting a return—please include your order number and reason for return. I’ll share the next steps.

• Refund Method: I will issue a refund via your original payment method or offer store credit, whichever you prefer.

• Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or wasn’t described accurately, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom or Personalized Orders

• These items are final sale and cannot be returned, as each piece is made uniquely for you.

• Exceptions: If a custom item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact me immediately. I’ll gladly work with you to correct the issue or offer a full refund.
